The Company of Van Vuuren Basileuo Incorporated is the result of a break away by Van Vuuren from the former Schoeman van Vuuren Steyn Inc, a merger by two partnerships previously trading as Schoeman van Vuuren Attorneys and Schoeman Ebersöhn Attorneys. The Company was thereafter named Schoeman van Vuuren Ebersöhn Inc and changed to Schoeman van Vuuren & Steyn Inc when the two Ebersöhn Directors left the employ of the Company. The firm is now known as Van Vuuren Basileuo Inc.
The director of Van Vuuren Basileuo Inc, Mr Carl Albrecht Haupt Jansen van Vuuren is the proud owner of the buildings from which the firm’s practices.
